On instructions from my Government, and further to our previous letters drawing your attention to attacks by the so-called Western coalition against the infrastructure of the Syrian Arab Republic, I transmit herewith a statistical table containing:
1. Initial estimates of the costs of losses resulting from attacks launched by the so-called Western coalition against oil and gas facilities in the Syrian Arab Republic during the period from 1 April to 31 July 2016.
2. Initial estimates of the overall costs of losses resulting from attacks launched by the so-called Western coalition against oil and gas facilities in the Syrian Arab Republic from the onset of those attacks to 31 July 2016.
I should be grateful if the present letter and its annex could be issued as a document of the Security Council.
