Russian, Turkish defense chiefs focus on Syria in phone call

 Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar have held telephone negotiations, Anadolu Agency reported on Thursday.

The two ministers discussed the situation in Syria and issues of bilateral cooperation, according to the agency.
