Hailing from the village of Kafr Rouma in west Idlib, Bayyour was considered one of the top commanders/officials of Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham in the provincial capital of Aleppo.
The Ahrar Al-Sham commander was reportedly killed during his unit's counter-offensive at the 1070 Al-Hamdaniyah Housing Project in southern Aleppo - no further details were provided.
