Russia brings into service modernized long-range bomber Tu-22M3
Another long-range bomber Tu-22M3 has been brought into service of Russian Air Force, ITAR-TASS reported from the scene.
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu accepted the Long-Range Aviation Commander's report of the machine having been taken into service by the Russian Air Force.
The Defense Ministry noted that the whole scope of compulsory works had been perfomed on the missile-carrying bomber. After repair the warplane took off from an airfield in Tatarstan's capital, Kazan, and headed for the home airfield.
