Gunmen kill French citizen in Libya's Benghazi: security official

Gunmen killed a French citizen in Libya's eastern city of Benghazi on Sunday, a security official said.

The man worked for a company upgrading a hospital in Benghazi, which has been rocked by car bombs and assassinations, the official said.
