Taliban Targets Kunduz City with Rockets
Local officials said at least seven rockets had been fired on the city, of which two landed near the governor's building.
Taliban insurgents targeted Kunduz city with several rockets on Sunday morning, local officials said.
According to local officials at least seven missiles hit Kunduz city, of which at least two landed near the governor's building.
Health officials in Kunduz said that two civilians were wounded and taken to hospital.
Meanwhile Safiullah Amiri, a provincial council member said that Taliban insurgents attacked Imam Sahib district on Saturday night and clashes are ongoing between forces and insurgents.
However, he did not provide more details about casualties.
