Zaffaroni: There were many involved in writing Nisman's complaint

Former Supreme Court Justice Raúl Eugenio Zaffaroni denounced a "destabilization attempt based on an absolutely absurd complaint," referring to yesterday's rally to honour late AMIA prosecutor Alberto Nisman and the complaint he filed days before his death accusing President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and government officials of covering up Iran's involvement in the 1994 attack against the Jewish community centre.

"I cannot believe that Nisman's complaint states that the government, in charge with the (country's) international relations, could think of using (social activist) Luis D'Elia for a parallel diplomatic alternative. It is ridiculous," Zaffaroni said speaking at the La Plata Journalism Faculty.

He went on rejecting the complaint: "I do not know who did that writ, but I can tell that there were many involved. I think it is a draft, it has no legal considerations, it does not follow the legal style."

"That nonsense, that draft, causes, along with mass media, a destabilization attempt," Zaffaroni stated.
